Most purchases are shipped from our warehouse in New Jersey by Federal Express, to arrive within 7 - 10 business days from receipt of your order. For an additional charge of $10.00 per address, we can expedite delivery by Federal Express to most destinations in 2 - 3 business days.

FedEx Ground will deliver your package within 7 - 10 business days from receipt of your order. Most of the orders shipped with Standard FedEx Ground option on the East Coast can be expected sooner (within only 2 - 4 business days).
For an additional $8.00 per address, we will provide Express Delivery by Federal Express to most destinations. (Orders received by 3pm EST Monday through Thursday arrive in two to three business days; orders placed Friday and Saturday arrives on Wednesday or later.)
For an additional $18.00, we will provide Overnight Delivery by Federal Express to most destinations. Please check with customer service on service limitations. (Orders received by 3pm EST Monday through Thursday arrive in two business days; orders placed Friday and Saturday arrives on Tuesday.)
Certain items considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) which include alcohol-based products (e.g., perfumes, etc.) and are required by the U.S. DOT to be shipped by Ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. If your item is out of stock we will contact you to discuss how you would like the order handled. MELVITA does not back order.
Free Shipping promotions do not apply to Alaska and Hawaii.
It is MELVITA's intention to satisfy our customers. For this reason, we will gladly issue a full refund to the original credit card for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. After 14 days, a store credit or exchange will be issued for any unopened merchandise returned up to 30 days after purchase. Items purchased with cash maybe be exchanged or a store credit issued. There are no cash refunds. All items must be accompanied by the original receipt and in unopened, saleable condition.
